Diane was great to work with. Easy to talk to. Not pushy and provided facts and allowed time for us to digest. He knowledge of the high desert was top notch and facilitated our decision making process. We were going though a 1031 exchange from a sale outside of the state and her calm demeanor stuck with us for months!Hugely recommended.

Diane is amazing!! We relocated from the Midwest summer of 2025. She helped us start looking in March on a trip when we were in town and then did an incredible job with helping us long distance. She does wonderful walk thru videos and helps tremendously with working with other realtors, especially new builds. We loved her promptness, she was amazing with our kids and just overall a great person. We couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Diane helped us sell our uncle's home after he passed, and she was absolutely stellar. His house was in no way an easy sell, Diane was with us every step of the way going FAR beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a realtor. Resourceful, tech-smart, and always ten moves ahead, we were on the market middle of January and closed out of escrow on March 1st. You simply will not find a better realtor.

We needed to sell my aunts condo in Palm Desert fast in order to move her closer to us in Northern CA. Diane worked with us and saw us through every step of the way. We have bought and sold several homes through the years, but have NEVER had a Realtor work for us as hard as Diane did. She was available to answer all of our calls and texts immediately with any and all of our questions and concerns. She was polite and professional and a joy to work with. Through the whole process we felt we not only had a great realtor but also made a friend. I would highly recommend Diane Kohnen to anybody who needs to buy or sell real estate.
